Cancel your subscription
You can cancel Bestir Pro at any time. You do it in your Apple or Google Play account, because that is where you bought it.
Steps checked on November 5, 2026
iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Bestir subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find it. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red, the subscription is already canceled.
Android
- On your Android phone, open your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select the Bestir subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
In Bestir itself, Profile > Settings > Manage subscription takes you straight to your store’s subscription settings.
Can’t find Bestir there? You may be signed in with a different Apple or Google account than the one you bought it with.
After you cancel
Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, nothing more is charged.
Then you keep using Bestir for free, with your account and all your tasks. Focus mode, repeating tasks, calendar, reminders, check-ins and 3 AI suggestions a day stay free.
7 days free
The yearly plan starts with 7 days free. If you cancel at least 24 hours before they end, nothing is charged. Bestir shows the exact date under Profile > Settings > Manage subscription: “Free until” and the date.
If you allow notifications, Bestir reminds you 2 days before the end with “Your free trial ends soon”.
Getting a refund
Payments and refunds go through the store you bought from.
Apple: sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose I’d like to, then Request a refund, then the reason and the subscription. More in Apple’s instructions.
Google Play: on play.google.com, click your profile picture at the top right, then Payments & subscriptions and Budget & order history, and next to the order Report a problem. More in Google Play Help.
In Germany you can also end a subscription with immediate effect and get the rest back pro rata: at Apple through Apple Support, at Google Play for the yearly plan right in the cancellation steps. Pro then ends at once.
Deleting the app or your account
Deleting Bestir from your phone does not cancel the subscription, on iPhone or on Android. Deleting your Bestir account does not cancel it either. So cancel in the store first, then delete your account if you want to.
