Is Bestir a medical app?
No. Bestir is a productivity tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or replace professional care. It helps you plan and start things.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. Bestir is built with ADHD in mind, but anyone who struggles to get started can use it.
What happens on a bad day?
Pick Tired in the morning and your plan shrinks to three small tasks. When they are done, Bestir suggests a break. Nothing gets marked red.
How does the AI work, and what is sent?
AI features are optional and off until you agree. When you use them, the text of the task goes to OpenAI to suggest steps or to transcribe your voice. OpenAI does not use it for training. You can switch AI off in settings at any time.
Does Bestir use my camera?
No. There are no video rooms and no camera access.
Which devices does it run on?
Bestir is coming to iPhone and Android.
What does it cost?
Bestir is free to start. Pro adds AI help, check-ins and voice input. You see the price in the App Store or Google Play before you buy.
Where is my data stored?
Your account and tasks are stored on our own server in Germany. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, or by email. Both ways are described on Delete your account.
